Riding
holidays in the Lake District and Cumbria
Direct route Trail Riding.....
Typically
for a 3 day direct route trail ride we would box the horses
to the start point, and your journey of discovery starts
there. In the past we have started anything up to 40 miles
away near to Penrith in the North Eastern Lakes and an exciting
route has been calculated for the way back.

The
route back from the north Lakes would take in the sweeping Lake District Fells...
including... Shap fells to Haweswater Valley, from Haweswater over Nan Bield pass
to the Kentmere valley, then on through the Windermere / Cartmell area and back
to base. |
